Hey guys!  I had to share these images!! My mom found a nest of little baby bunnies on their front lawn and they were just too cute!  Here are some pics of the bunnies as well as some amazing Iris’s that had some fresh rain on them….loves it! Hope you enjoy!

Today was such a beautiful day and I had a great time photographing my good friends Shaun and Kathy at the Meadow Brook Mansion in Rochester, MI.  The actual mansion was closed for the day but we shot in the amazing gardens and main bridge and got some awesome shots!  Here are some of their beautiful photos! **Insert celebratory fanfare and confetti here**  Plum Soda’s blog is LIVE ! Hooray!  There is so much I have to catch everyone one up on already!  First of all, my name is Maria and I’m head photographer for Plum Soda Productions also creative director and as it would appear recently dubbed blog author too.  I will be updating you on the latest and greatest going on’s of Plum Soda Productions here on this blog and also sharing some of our work!  So let’s get to it shall we?

First of all we all need to celebrate the amazing news that we have recently aquired some new and amazing equipment! Yay!  We have updated both our photography and videography camera’s and bought our recent most favorite thing….a glidecam….aaaaaaaah…(that was heavenly chanting there for anyone confused lol)  For anyone who may not know what a glidecam is, it’s basically a weighted support system we attach our camera to that allows it to move fluiding while we are not so much doing that (aka walking, running, etc..).  It will allow us to get some amazing shots and we can not wait to use it!

Next up we want to thank Mia and Rodney for allowing Plum Soda Productions to capture their amazing 10th wedding anniversary!    All of Mia and Rodney’s family had two goals in mind….to have a great time and make sure everyone was fed (including us!) We ate some amazing soul food, had such a great time photographing everyone there and the pictures came out amazing!  Thanks again guys for letting us be a part of your special day! Check out some of their photographs below…

Last but certainly not least is the news that our Plum Soda Productions family is expanding!  We have brought in a third photographer, Sarah Rivington who has been a great friends for years and is a super talented photographer with a lot of experinece in the field of portraits.  We are very happy to have her as the newest member of the C.O.R.E. team and can’t wait to see her in action!

That is all for now folks!  We are off to film Dorn and Laurie’s engagement party tomorrow which sounds like it will be a blast!
