Hey Guys!  What an awesome week it has been so far!  We are actually en route to film and photograph a wedding in Mackinaw City and cannot wait!  Before we do though, we wanted to share this great video.  Dorn and Laurie chose to substitute the How ‘We’ Became ‘Us’ video, included in the photo/video package, with footage from their engagement bash!  We think it was a great choice because it turned out just awesome!  Keep your eyes on the video because there is an especially hilarious little snippet in there! Plum Soda Productions was lucky to be able to photograph Lorri and Ceith’s wedding day and what an awesome day it was! Their ceremony was held at the Marriott in Novi and the reception following was held in Laurel Manor in Livonia, Michigan.  This super fun couple made their day unique with all kinds of special creative touches and it was so amazing to see a couple so in love.  Speaking of love, I am in LOVE with Lorri’s shoes…that’s why I am putting two photos of the shoes on this entry and believe me that is me showing restraint…I couldn’t pick just one  There were so many cool elements to their wedding from Lorri surprising her dad with one of his favorite songs for their dance, to their individual entrance that lead to a dance-off between bridesmaids and groomsmen!  We have to say our favorite moment though would have to be their first dance as man and wife.  We are so excited that our photographs really captured the love between these two and how moved Lorri was from the tears of joy on her face (so precious!) I am also SOOOO excited about being able to showcase Lorri’s gorgeous tatto’s…it is dangerous for the Koral’s to know a tattoo artist, we are already planning our next one!  Anyways..here is a glimpse at their photographs, we hope you enjoy and as always thank you for making our blog a part of your day!

PS: I need to give a shout out for Tyler who photographed the unity sand ceremony and captured the two sand’s literally merging as one and flowing into the vase….he is rockstar, great job!

Hey all!  If you keep up with our blog, you might recognize this cute couple from their engagement photographs and How We Became Us video which we captured at the Detroit Institute of Arts.  Derrica and Deon were married this Saturday at the Detroit Zoo in Royal Oak, Michigan.   We loved the creativity of their venue and the naturally beautiful backdrops it offered us as photographers and videographers, since they had Plum Soda Productions for both services on their special day.  I loved this couple’s attention to detail.  They were married right in front of the zoo’s main fountain which was thoughtfully shut off during vows and ceremony, and then shot up in celebration when they had their kiss. How cool, right?!?!?  We loved it!  So here is a sneak peek at their wedding photographs. Their video trailer will soon follow!

Hey guys! Whew…August is already proving to be our busiest month yet and we couldn’t be happier!  We are also very excited at the variety of locations we are getting to do video and photography at.  Speaking of which, here is a glimpse at the engagement photos we took for Margo and Nick.  This couple was a blast to photograph and up for anything creative and fun we threw at them.  Nick is from Canada and Margo is for the US so they had the idea for us to  photograph them at the Ambassador Bridge being that it connects both countries.  They found a great park that had all kinds of fun sculptures and most importantly beautiful views.   You might also notice we are introducing our new watermark on their photos.  We might still use the Plum Soda Productions glass here and there, but we are in love with our new PSP bottle cap logo.  We hope you enjoy the photos and as always thank you for making our blog a part of your day!
